Description of job:

1. Responsible for mechatronics assembly equipment, production line scheme design, cost accounting, and risk assessment of new projects;

2. Responsible for mechatronics assembly equipment, specific production line design (mechanical part), drawing assembly drawings/parts drawings/bill of materials/flow diagrams/air circuit diagrams, etc., and outputting corresponding documents;

3. Instruct technicians to complete product assembly, commissioning, trial production, and maintenance methods;

4. Familiar with the development process and mechanical and electrical structure design of new projects;

5. Familiar with the working principle of mechanical system, hydraulic system and electrical system of common mechanical equipment;

6. Familiar with relevant industry standards and can be applied to actual product design;

7. Carry out technical research and innovation on automation equipment, be able to simulate and find problems in the design stage, and solve major technical key and weak links of the project;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics or mechanical design, automation, etc.;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in mechanical and electrical or automation independent design, the interview needs to bring actual cases;

3. Proficient in CAD drawing and Solidworks three-dimensional mechanical drawing software, familiar with various machining processes;

4. Have a certain knowledge of electronic control, and be able to carry out system integration design of transmission, hydraulic, and electromechanical integrated equipment;

5. Have certain project responsibility, be able to handle R&D work independently, and have the ability to manage organization and coordination;

6. Strong research ability, self-motivation, good at communicating with customers and suppliers;

7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
